MarkWORLD GIFT INDIA, marked inside the bell

A bell at the bottom and a candle cup on the top, so it's really two objects sharing a stem. One way up it rings, the other way it holds a taper.

Marked WORLD GIFT INDIA inside the bell, which is where the India comes from. Found on a trip to Texas, which is how a surprising amount of this ends up in Connecticut.
