Everything here is one of one, so this isn't like ordering from a catalog. You can't reorder, and you can't see it in a showroom first.

What you're really getting is the looking. I'm at estate sales and auctions most weeks, my sister sends things back from Europe, and everything is cleaned properly before it's photographed. By the time you see a piece, the work is done.

Tell me what you're hunting for and I'll keep an eye out. I'm at estate sales most weeks anyway, so it costs me nothing to have your list in my head. No promises and no fee. If something turns up, you get first refusal.

Trade Pricing

15% off everything, on every order. No minimum, and no annual spend to stay active. The welcome discount everyone gets is a one-time thing. This one doesn't run out.

First Look

You'll hear about new pieces before they go on the site. On a one-of-one shelf that's the whole difference between seeing something and getting it.

Pre-Pulls

Send your specs, dimensions, or the direction you're going before you come in, and I'll have a selection waiting. No hunting required.

Holds

One week to confirm with your client. A hold on a one-of-one is the piece off the shelf entirely, not a reservation, so a week is what I can do.

Tax-Exempt Purchasing

Buy tax-exempt with a resale certificate on file. I handle the paperwork.

Shipping & Delivery

Local partners for the heavy things, nationwide carriers for the rest. Straight to you or straight to the project site.

Returns

Store credit within seven days. You're buying for someone else, and a piece can look different once it's in the room.

Who qualifies

  • An active design, staging or styling practice
  • A website, portfolio or Instagram showing the work
  • A resale certificate, before your first tax-exempt purchase rather than before you apply

The fine print

  • Holds run one week and aren't extended
  • Purchases collected within seven days, or delivery arranged
  • Wear and patina are reported, not hidden. Anything I can't repair doesn't get bought in the first place
