Loom's trade program is built for design professionals who want access to curated vintage that can't be found in a catalog. Every piece in our collection is one of a kind — which means sourcing here takes a relationship, not just a purchase order.
We work with designers across Fairfield County and beyond. If you're furnishing a project, staging a property, or building a collection for a client, we can help you find the right pieces and get them to you efficiently.
The program is designed to make that relationship work — with access, flexibility, and a process that fits how designers actually source.

Pre-Pulls
Share your project specs, dimensions, or aesthetic direction in advance and we'll curate a selection ready for your visit — no hunting required.
Sourcing Requests
Tell us what you need and we'll actively look for it on our buying trips. We source constantly and can keep specific pieces in mind for your projects.
24-Hour Holds
Holds available on select pieces while you confirm with your client. Longer holds can be arranged for active projects — just ask.
Tax-Exempt Purchasing
Purchase tax-exempt with a resale certificate on file. We handle the paperwork so the process is seamless.
Shipping & Delivery
We work with trusted local partners and nationwide carriers to get pieces to you or directly to your project site.

How It Works
A simple process designed around the way designers actually work.
Text or email us to express interest. When the program reopens with our Fairfield shop, we'll reach out to set up your account.
Fill out our trade application — your role, business, portfolio, and sourcing style. Takes about two minutes.
Visit by appointment, submit pre-pull requests, or send us sourcing notes. We'll work around your project timelines.
As an active trade member you'll hear about new arrivals early, have access to holds, and build a direct line to our sourcing.

Eligibility
- Current resale certificate for tax-exempt purchasing
- Company website, portfolio, or Instagram showing design work
- Active design, staging, or styling practice
Policies
- Returns eligible for store credit within 7 days
- Purchased items must be collected within 7 days or arranged for delivery
- All items are vintage — natural wear and patina are part of their character
- Holds are courtesy — not guaranteed beyond the agreed window
