Open again September 1st. Everything is online in the meantime and ships nationally, or text 203-307-5385 if you'd like to arrange a time before then.

Not Goodwill. Not an antique store.

The room looks expensive. The prices aren't.

What's in the shop

Collected vintage, with mercantile and cottage roots and touches of Hollywood Regency and mid-century. If you stop for worn oak, brass animals and florals, you'll feel at home here.

Everything here is one of one, so what's on the shelf changes every week. Most of it comes out of Connecticut estates and private homes. Some of it comes home in our suitcases, because we have family in Portugal and source there every time we visit. Hand-painted pottery, brass, linens. Things you won't find in another shop on the Post Road.

Vintage home decor

Brass, ceramics, glassware, woven baskets, decorative objects. Things that improve with age rather than despite it.

Furniture & lighting

Solid wood, cane-back chairs, vintage lamps and sconces. Every lamp gets plugged in before it's sold.

Original art & mirrors

Oils, watercolors, needlepoints, lithographs. Originals only. Florals, coastal scenes, portraits, botanicals.

Natural fiber clothing

Linen, wool, cotton, silk, cashmere. Vintage is a bonus. Natural fiber is the requirement.

Finding us

Look for the Shell station. We're the storefront right next to it, in the Brick Walk, same building as Ring's End with Flipside Burgers next door. A gas station is not the vibe I was going for, but it's the easiest thing to find on this stretch of road.

Parking is free and easy, so no worries there.

While you're here

You're on a good stretch of the Post Road. Make an afternoon of it.

Ring's End

Same building as us. If you're working on an old house you're already going there, so you may as well come in.

Flipside Burgers

Next door. Browse first, eat after.
