In working order and running. Original cloth-wrapped cord is worn and would benefit from a rewire before regular use. Honest cosmetic age with paint wear and light surface rust on the cage.
A sage-green metal desk fan by the Faultless Manufacturing Company of St. Louis, all rounded Deco curves and honest industrial character. Four steel blades behind a domed wire cage, a bulbous vented motor housing, and a weighted pedestal base with subtle streamline ridges. The original green wrinkle-finish paint has softened to a chalky patina that no reproduction gets right.
Tested and working. Set it on a shelf, a desk, or a windowsill for a hit of vintage industrial color that actually earns its keep on a warm day. The original maker's label is still on the housing.
