A hand-built and hand-painted cylindrical vase from Tonala, Jalisco — one of Mexico's most celebrated folk art pottery centers. Signed on the bottom: CAT / Tonala / Mexico / 312. The slender form is less common than the typical Tonala rounded vessel, and the floral design is detailed and precise.

At 6.75" tall and 2.5" wide, it's elegant holding wildflowers, extra-long matches, or dried stems — and just as strong displayed on its own.
