Great vintage condition. Brass shows light patina appropriate for age.
A solid brass cup wrapped with a boldly sculpted lion head, purchased in Tomar, Portugal, equal parts desk vessel, trinket cup, and conversation piece. The warm brass has a light age-appropriate patina that only adds to its character. Use it to corral pens and brushes, hold charcuterie picks for hosting, or simply let the lion hold court on a shelf. Traditional European brass with real presence.
