Radko ornaments are mouth-blown in Poland using old molds and painted by hand, which is why they cost what they do and why people collect them by year rather than by design. This is 1996, Santa with a tree, from the stretch when the company was at its most elaborate.
If you're buying it for a collector, the year is the part they'll care about.
