MarkCrowned Royal Halsey Very Fine backstamp

Royal Halsey china on a pedestal foot with a reticulated edge, which means the lattice is cut clean through rather than painted on. Hand-painted pinecones and evergreen around the rim, with the gold applied by hand.

It's a candy dish rather than a fruit bowl. The openwork edge is the reason to buy it, and filling it hides half of that. Nuts rather than anything piled high.
