A pair of hand-painted candlesticks in the classic Mexican Talavera palette — deep cobalt blue with cream, sunny yellow blooms, and leafy green, banded and painted freehand over a warm red-clay earthenware body. The turned baluster shape and glossy glaze are pure folk-pottery charm, and the pair makes a real statement on a dinner table, mantel, altar, or bookshelf. They take standard tapers. Handmade and hand-painted, so the two aren't identical — that's the character.
