A hand-thrown, hand-painted Italian majolica vase in the Deruta tradition: tin-glazed earthenware with saturated flowers and low-relief leaves in the luminous palette that defines good majolica. The double firing fuses pigment and glaze to the glossy finish collectors know on sight. A classic baluster form on a raised foot, equally strong holding a few stems or standing alone.
