A round dining table from Ethan Allen's American Impressions collection (1991, now discontinued), with a solid wood X-brace base and a thick clear glass top. The architectural lines borrow from Shaker and Frank Lloyd Wright, and the glass keeps a 42-inch table feeling light enough for a smaller room. Seats four comfortably. American Impressions was the fastest-selling launch in Ethan Allen's history and is still actively hunted secondhand.
