  your written reportThe standout pieces, listed out, with where each one should sell. Anything that needs a professional appraisal gets flagged. Plus whether a full estate sale makes sense for the house.

  you decideGo ahead with us, do it yourself, or mix and match. The report is yours either way.

what comes after

• We're there to tell you what things are worth, not to clear the house. We'll take the pieces we're selling for you. Donating or tossing the rest is up to you, and we're happy to point you to people who can help.
• A house holds thousands of things, so the report isn't an item-by-item inventory. The standouts are listed one by one. Everything else is grouped.
• We're not appraisers. When something needs a formal value, we'll tell you and point you to the right specialist.
• Some homes need more than a two-hour walkthrough, like a large house or a big collection. If yours does, we'll set it up as a longer job with its own agreement and price.
• We serve Fairfield and New Haven County.
• Can't be there? Leave us a key or lockbox code and we'll take care of it.
