A green tin with a scalloped edge and gold trim, made in England for Avon in 1981. The pattern is called Fruit Garden: pineapples, pomegranates, vines and berries.
These originally held Christmas candies that Avon described as the spices and flavors of the tropics blended with the traditional fruits and sweets of Colonial America. That's an enormous number of words for a tin of sweets, and exactly why the packaging is this good.
The interior is clean, so it's usable rather than only decorative. Sold individually, and there are four of them, so you can buy one or take the set.
