Very good vintage condition. Even patina and minor age spots; both match closely.
A matched pair of solid cast brass wall sconces with real presence. Each backplate is a scalloped shell crowned by a fleur-de-lis finial, sweeping into a scrolling arm with taper cup and drip plate. The casting is generous, the kind of detail that comes alive in candlelight, in the French and Hollywood Regency tradition. The unlacquered brass has aged to an even golden patina. Hang them where you want a little drama.
