A well-matched pair of solid cast brass wall sconces with real decorative presence. Each backplate is cast in a scalloped shell silhouette with a fleur-de-lis finial at the crown, sweeping into scrolling arms with a single taper cup and drip plate. The detail work is generous — the kind of casting that shows up well in low candlelight.

Made in India, c. 1970s–80s, in the French and Hollywood Regency tradition. The unlacquered brass has developed an even golden patina that sits better in a real home than anything polished to a high shine.

Set: Pair | Material: Solid cast brass, unlacquered Origin: India | Era: c. 1970s–80s Mounting: Integrated keyhole — standard wall hook, hardware not included Each: 13"H × 8"W × 4"D

Condition: Very good vintage. Even patina, minor age spots, no breaks or repairs. Both match closely. Ready to hang.

Flanking a mirror in an entryway, bedroom, or dining room is the classic move — and it works.
