A grand little open armchair with a shaped humped back, carved scroll arms, and turned baluster arm supports over turned front legs joined by a box stretcher. The back and seat are wrapped in an original floral tapestry — red, pink, and slate-blue blooms winding across a warm oatmeal ground — trimmed with brass nailheads along the seat edge. Substantial enough to anchor a corner, a bedroom, or a fireside, but compact enough to tuck where a full lounge chair won't fit. Charming in farmhouse, cottage, and grandmillennial rooms alike, and an easy reupholstery candidate down the road if you ever want to make it your own.
