A richly atmospheric original watercolor by Louisiana artist Audrey Emanuel: a rainy day in the French Quarter, pedestrians under umbrellas, glowing lamplight, and those iron balconies rendered in soft impressionistic washes. The sense of place is immediate. Signed lower right, framed under glass with a neutral mat and gold-tone frame. A little of New Orleans for a wall that needs some weather.
