About Us

Loom Vintage started with me, Lilly. I was born and raised in Bridgeport and have always loved pieces with history. Solid brass, real wood, natural fibers, and objects that show their age in the best way. Things that feel good to live with and only get better over time.

What began as a small online shop grew slowly and intentionally, and in 2025 Loom opened its first retail shop in Black Rock. Opening in my hometown felt full circle. It became a place to share quality, stories, and a different way of shopping.

Loom is currently in transition as we prepare for our next chapter — reopening in downtown Fairfield on the Post Road in Spring 2026. We are taking this time to thoughtfully build the next version of the shop while continuing to source and share special pieces online.

While I run the day to day, Loom has always been a family effort. My sister Paula brings deep vintage knowledge and an incredible eye. My cousin Vanessa brings the brand to life through social, events, and collaborations. Together, we created a space that feels warm, approachable, and personal. The way vintage should feel.

Outside of Loom, I am balancing real life. I am a wife, a mom to my son Julian, a sister, and a friend. I am usually estate sale hunting, chasing a toddler, or dreaming up what is next. My husband Nuno keeps us moving forward, and our shepherds, Poncho and Lyla, keep things lively.

At the heart of Loom is a simple belief. Choosing better matters. Natural fibers, lasting materials, and pieces already made instead of plastic, disposable things that do not last. I want vintage to feel accessible, not intimidating, and quality to feel possible for everyone.
